Xavier is a graduate of the College of Business Administration of the Universidad Iberoamericana and possesses a solid reputation as a specialist in the area of human resources for high technology companies.
Xavier worked for many years with IBM Corporation in various HR divisions, International Operations (VP) and Sales (Manager), in the Caribbean (responsible for Mexico, Venezuela, Central America and the Caribbean Islands), in Mexico and in New York.
Following subsequent senior personnel, business development and consulting positions with Bank of America in San Francisco, and Hewlett Packard, DHR International and Russell Reynolds in Mexico, Xavier established his own recruiting practice DeZaSearch (Executive Source Latin America) in February of 1998 specializing in the high technology field of the financial and industrial sectors.
