Ekkehard Wille is a founding members of the World Search Group. He began his management consulting firm in 1977, specializing in systematic search, selection and appraisal of board members and executives, and management audits.
Prior positions were as management consultant with Egon Zehnder International in Zürich and Düsseldorf, personal assistant to the CEO and President at Hilti AG, Schaan, and delegate to Comecon-States and Yugoslavia with Firma August Rüggeberg, Marienheide.
Other activities include former secretary to the Innovation Award of the German Industry (1983-2006); board member of the Frankfurt Business Club and the Neoplan – Gottlob Auwärter GmbH & Co. Currently, Ekkehard is honorary secretary to the Innovation Award of the German Industry and editor of the annual publication Forecast of the 100.
Ekkehard holds a Msc Machinery Production Engineering, Technical University Aachen, Germany and an MBA from Insead, France.
