Brian is a founding member and Managing Partner of Kensington International. He has conducted senior leadership assignments across the manufacturing, consumer packaged and durables, financial services, healthcare and professional service sectors.
Brian's work experience prior to executive search includes corporate treasury, marketing, sales and human resources management. This experience includes seven years with The First National Bank of Chicago where he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Global Industries Division. Before joining First Chicago, he worked for The Quaker Oats Company in several human resource positions including Head of Corporate Training and Recruitment.
Brian holds a master of management degree from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in personnel and labor relations from Indiana University, where he also served as student body president.
