Managing Partner, Michael Stevens Consulting, and Chairman of MS Outsourcing Services, a fully owned subsidiary. Francis led the Human Capital and Research and Planning departments at First City Monument Bank Plc and was senior consultant and head of executive search/organizational development at Ernst & Young International, a multi-disciplinary international consultancy practice, based in Lagos. For five years prior, he was head of human capital of a major quoted manufacturing company.
Francis was an important part of the team that negotiated the first collective agreement for the senior and junior staff of Ashland Oil Company and has managed major, complex multi-disciplinary consultation assignments.
