Gerry Humphries is a strategic business leader with a record of creative and profitable approaches in serving corporate and entrepreneurial clients, and mentoring top management in human resources, strategy, financial management, and IT. He excels at maximizing the synergy of multi-disciplinary teams for increased operational effectiveness.
Gerry has over 25 years of consulting experience with two major international consulting firms and five years running his own firm. He has extensive experience in all areas of management consulting, including human resources (14 years in executive search), technology, financial management and strategy, in both the private and public sectors. He has served on the Board of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants for six years, including two as chair, and as a Canadian trustee with the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes for four years.
Gerry's areas of specialty focus on business advisory services, executive search, succession planning, executive mentoring, organizational reviews and governance.
