Allen is a director in Western Management Consultants’ Edmonton office and past National Director of WMC (Canada). A human resources specialist with over 30 years of experience and a focus on organization performance, Allen’s practice includes executive search, compensation, organization design and effectiveness, strategic organization issues, team building, and performance management; all integral elements to positioning an organization for success.
Since joining the consulting profession in 1981, Allen has undertaken assignments almost every industry sector. He has participated in and/or supervised international projects in Southeast Asia and South America, focusing on organization transformation and development, recruitment, compensation and human resource planning.
