Founded in 1983, WORLDSEARCH Groupe Touveron et Associés provides executive search services throughout the french-speaking areas in the Europe/Middle East/Africa Region of the World Search Group including France, Belgium, Switzerland, as well as the french-speaking areas of Africa.
As generalists, we conduct searches for functions including corporate chairmen, national and international CEOs, as well as specialists in various areas. We advise a limited number of clients in each sector, thus avoiding conflicts of interest. We guarantee, throughout the search process, total discretion to both clients and candidates.
Our consultants are personally responsible for carrying out each assignment. As retainers, our fixed fees are negotiated at the beginning of the assignment. We work on an exclusive basis and only accept an assignment when we have verified that there is no internal solution.
