Zi is an accomplished business executive, entrepreneur and executive coach. Her experience spans 30 years and during this time, her pursuits and endeavours have encompassed financial management, applications software development, intellectual property research and development, high-level negotiation, business structuring, as well as executive and operational management.
In 2001, Zi co-founded Cycan (Pty) Ltd, which has become an industry leader in the fields of executive and leadership procurement, development and transformation. Today she heads up Cycan’s business-transformation and coaching divisions, and is responsible for the financial and operational management of the group. She is highly skilled in complex legal preparation and negotiation, and has facilitated numerous business-transformation processes, particularly in the IT sector. As a sought-after executive coach, Zi has coached various prominent business leaders across industry sectors with outstanding results, and has built a referral base of distinction.
